A thorough survey using an online Google Form link was used. The survey consists of 10 questions ranging from simple yes or no to more complex questions.
We gathered over 25 answers from 10 pet owners.
Important Questions

Most answered diet, medications, vaccinations, and weight. A few answered health issues and medical history.

Almost everyone answered that they use traditional methods such as note taking, mental note, manually tracking paperwork from vet visit etc.
